As Behaviour and Attitudes Governor for Holton Independent School, I feel my position is to support students and staff to fulfil and understand their roles in a safe and caring way. My passion for supporting young adults to achieve their full potential in a safe and caring environment is paramount. 

As a creative person myself, I know that behaviour and attitudes can be improved in a variety of alternative ways. The use of the the outdoors and the creative arts has a great impact on behaviour and mindset. Having studied at university, gaining an BA Hons in the Arts and alternative therapy, I believe it is vital to allow students to be themselves whilst in a safe environment with trained and understanding staff. This allows personalities to flourish and a greater learning journey for all. 

Holton Independent School provides opportunities for all pupils across a wide spectrum and welcomes every student. I am proud to be part of the Holton team.
